What data we keep

To create your song we keep: your email, the story and details you write in the form (names, occasion, memories), the generated lyrics and the audio of your song. If you buy the Premium pack, also the photos you upload.

Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We use our own cookies to remember your language, to attribute where you came from (for example, a referral link or a campaign) and for measurement with the Meta pixel and the Google Ads tag.

What we use it for

Only to create and deliver your song, email you about your order (access link, song ready, reminders about your pending order) and give you support. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your song and your lyrics are private: we don't publish them or reuse them for other customers. They're only shown publicly if you explicitly authorize it (for example, by accepting the gallery trade).

Which providers we work with

To operate we use third-party services that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and files), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), Cloudflare (hosting), OpenAI and Replicate (lyrics and music generation — they receive the text of your story, never your email or payment details) and Meta (campaign measurement).

How long we keep it and your rights

Audio from orders that weren't purchased is automatically deleted after about 3 weeks. Data from purchased orders is kept so your song stays available.
